How long does it take to ship my order?

-All packages will be shipped in 2-3 Business Days after your order is placed & confirmed. Please allow 48-72 hours for your item(s) to be processed and shipped.

When will my order be delivered?

-Please allow 2-3 business days to process all orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. For domestic orders, please allow 2-5 business days for your item(s) to arrive once shipped. *For international orders, please expect an additional 10-15 days for delivery.

-Yes, just for you! :)

Can I cancel my order?

-Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. If your order was placed by mistake, you may contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order in exchange for store credit. *Otherwise, cancellations are only applicable if there was an error on our end. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

How does the 1 year warranty work? 

-An optional 1-year warranty is available for purchase to protect the items in your order. *Pricing may differ based on selected product. Warranties do not assure availability of the same product. In the event of unavailability, store credit equal to the value of your purchase will be given as a substitute.
